Legal Secretary Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors and partners, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The role involves acting as a main contact person, answering queries, and accurately relaying information internally and externally. You will also be responsible for managing filing systems, preparing documents, correspondence, legal submissions etc., working under continuous deadlines in a highly confidential environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with secretarial software or case management systems would be advantageous but not essential.
