About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the floor operations of our two-floor restaurant. This is a key leadership position where you will be driving service standards, team morale, and the overall guest experience.
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 2 years' management experience in a high-volume environment to lead our team and deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve leading by example, inspiring your team to perform at their best, and ensuring that every service runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage reservations, table turns, and guest experience across both floors.
2. To recruit, train, and develop your team members.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with their colleagues as well as external partners such as suppliers
