Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business relationships in the corporate market and meetings & events industry.
* BUILD on existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to devise annual sales strategies and implement them effectively.
* Lead the Sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet deadlines.
* Sustain and grow revenues in line with set targets.
* Conduct research and make outbound calls to generate quality leads.
* Manage client meetings efficiently and effectively.
* Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with marketing strategy planning.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality/Hotel industry.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
* Effective time management skills.
* Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
* Great attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to successfully delegate and motivate the team.
