Director of Business Transformation
The primary objective of this role is to drive the successful implementation and promotion of a business system across multiple European sites.
* Diligent use of business tools on Lean, Kaizen, innovation, and growth will be crucial in influencing organizational culture.
This will involve strategic thinking from a site leaders' standpoint. The primary work location will be Ireland and Germany with 30% minimum travel required to support EU, US or Asia as necessary.
