Job Description
A VALIDATION MICROBIOLOGIST is required by CareerWise Recruitment for an industry leading laboratory solutions client for a fulltime, on-site role. This role will be based at in Galway.
The VALIDATION MICROBIOLOGIST will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the microbiology laboratory and be responsible for method validation, method transfer, method verification, method development and experimental design and liaising with customers on same.
Role of this position
* Lead microbiology analysts for method development and validation of new products for microbiological testing.
* Initiate and /or implement changes to controlled documents. Prepare or review protocols and validation reports.
* Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
* Evaluate lab practices for compliance and operational excellence improvement.
* Provide technical guidance to the microbiological team and project stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor of Science Level 8 degree.
* 3-5 years' experience within GMP Microbiology laboratory preferably or Validations.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Effective troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
