Job Title:
Business Systems Analyst
The Senior Specialist is accountable for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing business processes and software applications that support them.
This role ensures operational efficiency and drives process improvements by aligning technology with business goals in the Manufacturing Finance and Controlling domain.
Key functional areas include Cost Center Accounting, Product & Production Costing, Inventory Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and related financial reporting.
* Maintain and support critical business processes and system functionality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues following IT standards.
* Develop and update process documentation, functional specs, and process flows.
* Deliver user training and share best practices across teams.
* Lead routine process and system enhancements using SDLC and project management methodologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 8+ years of total work experience, including in business process analysis and design.
* Strong business analysis expertise and knowledge of industry and technology trends.
* Flexibility to work off-hours for projects and travel domestically/internationally.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA 2023.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or related field.
