In this role, you'll help ensure timely and effective resolution of technical cases, making the customer experience your top priority.What You'll Do:Resolve technical cases raised by customers, troubleshooting unexpected behaviors and answering technical questions.Provide support across multiple channels: web, chat, email, and telephone.Use diagnostic tools to isolate the root cause of technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, building trust and delivering exceptional service.What We're Looking For:Experience in UI development or support .Experience in two or more of the following: CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, mobile app development.Ability to read and debug Java OR JavaScript code (writing JavaScript is a bonus).Strong troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools.Advanced knowledge of cloud/web application components and experience in application support. Mobile app support is a plus.Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).Experience writing or debugging object-oriented code (Java preferred).Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to multi-task and manage a case backlog in a collaborative team environment.Desirable:Experience providing SaaS support.Experience diagnosing performance-related issues.Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, Splunk, Xcode, Android Studio, SauceLab.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, global team where your technical expertise and customer focus can make a real impact.
