In line with the apprenticeship guidelines, the apprentice will be an integral part of the Personal Lines team, working across various teams in the Personal Lines team while also undertaking the CIP exams and a Level 8 degree in Business Studies through IT Sligo. The Apprentice programme within Arachas will enable you to have an extensive training, development and support to enable your success in the Insurance industry.
Role Accountabilities
Sales and Activity Management
Flexibility to work securing renewals, processing amendments, cross selling and up selling across all product lines.
Ability to manage renewals and contribute to client retention in line with targets and compliance.
Processing of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals and data entry.
Ensuring all files are correct and up to date on all applicable systems.
Customer Relationship Management
Manage clients across departments. handling renewals, MTA's and queries in relation to Personal Lines products.
Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work.
Deal with all requests internal / external in a timely and efficient manner.
Team Collaboration
Build great relationships across all teams within Arachas and work collaboratively to deliver on team targets and objectives.
Compliance
Ensure all processes are completed in line with compliance guidelines.
