About the Role:


This is a temporary position for a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our residential care team.


* We are seeking an individual who can deliver person-centered care, supporting residents' daily needs and enhancing their well-being.

* The successful candidate will help residents with personal care, meal support, mobility assistance, work with nurses to observe and report changes in residents' conditions, maintain accurate records of care provided following health safety infection control guidelines.

To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills, a caring nature and experience working within healthcare. You must also be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required by the service.


* A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Familiarity with record keeping systems
