Little Willows Academy is a small family run creche operating for over 20 years in Dundrum. We are looking to recruit a Full time educator to work across a range of classes, we have positions from wobblers to Montessori age.
We are looking to recruit warm, nurturing and dedicated staff to work with our highly experienced team. Working as part of our small team, we have the benefit of small class sizes ranging between 7 and 14 children.
This role is to help all rooms to cover lunches and assist with anything the classrooms need. The hours are 12-4, Monday to Friday but we can be slightly flexible on these hours if needed
Role/Duties:
* To provide quality early childhood care and education to children
* To, guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
* To assist in the planning and implementation of an age appropriate stimulating programme of activities which will enhance the child's natural growth and development
* Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Qualifications/ Experience:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
(All qualifications from outside Ireland can be validated by DCEDIY)
* 1 Years experience is desirable but not essential
* First Aid, Manual Handling and HACCP is an advantage but training is provided.
* Desire to learn progressively and keep up to date on current practices.

Working Hours: Our service hours are between 8am-5.30pm.
