About the Role:
The ideal candidate will support senior legal staff by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and maintaining accurate legal documentation. Responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and court dates.
* Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, letters, and reports.
* Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
* Assisting in filing legal documents with courts and government agencies.
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Assisting in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
* Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and case updates.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and logistical support for legal staff.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum Leaving Certificate with additional courses completed in legal studies or office administration.
* Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills.
* Strong data entry and document management skills.
