About the role:
Project Delivery:
Develop work plans, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Apply personal insight to resolve complex client issues.
Analysis & Insight:
Conduct data analysis and strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities.
Presentation & Communication:
Present insights clearly and logically.
Leadership & Development:
Deliver client-ready outputs and manage client relationships.
Team Management:
Guide junior team members in client engagements.
Relationship Management:
Engage confidently with senior clients and manage expectations.
Business Development:
Understand client needs and support proposal development.
About You:
Experience in consulting or in-house environments, delivering transformation projects.
Skills in strategy design, service design, operating model design & delivery, organisational transformation, project management, data analytics, operational excellence, or digital transformations.
Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and creativity.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively.
Understanding of government/public sector policy and structure.
Experience with government and public sector partners in areas like justice, health, transport, and education.
Relevant 3rd level qualifications; professional project management qualifications preferred but not essential.
