We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer focused Gift Shop Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our Hotel Gift Shop. This role is part-time 2 days per week.

The responsibilities of the Gift Shop Assistant:
* Deliver Customer Service to the Highest Standard ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.
* Upsell and Inform guest of shop special or promotions items
* Provide advice and recommendations as required
* Receiving, processing and pricing orders and payments
* Ensure stock levels are well maintained and restocked
* Sale of tickets for hotel events
The ideal candidate will have:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent people skills
* Previous retail sales experience
* Strong communication & organisational skills
