Job Description:
Analyze building defects, collect information, and measurements for our dynamic portfolio. Conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys and create detailed reports. Provide reasoned advice with thorough explanations.
* Ensure smooth project execution as Contract Administrator.
* Manage projects including overseeing specialists and sub-consultants.
* Prepare designs and specifications at various stages.
* Report on progress and quality of third-party building works.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
* Minimum two years post-qualification experience.
* Chartered Building Surveyor with SCSI or RICS membership.
* Flexible working hours based on client needs.
* Ability to manage instructions and maintain client relationships.
* Understanding of commercial property.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
