Responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to The Spa at The Kingsley, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey, and delivering the best possible experience. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional, and friendly manner and ensuring their requests / queries are dealt with efficiently.
* Working alongside the entire Kingsley Spa team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the management team
* Group booking coordinator.
* Able to perform treatments on guests when required - depending on candidate.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work on a flexible basis. You will be required to work weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

* Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve customer service goals
* Have a true passion for the Spa industry
* Work to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
* Confidence in dealing with guest enquiries
* Therapist experience & ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualification - advantage but not required
* Fluent English
* Punctual, self-organised and motivated
Desirable requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or customer service background
* Spa knowledge
