We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in financial systems. In this role, you will design and implement robust solutions for our charging and billing product suite, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to charging and billing processes and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Design and architect end-to-end charging and billing solutions, considering real-time processing, scalability, and integration capabilities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing charging and billing systems, identify opportunities for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead the development and maintenance of architectural standards tailored to charging and billing systems, ensuring industry best practices and compliance.
Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, emphasizing best practices in system architecture.
Work closely with product managers to align architectural decisions with the product roadmap.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback, integrating insights into system architecture.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools aligned with our product strategy, staying current with industry advancements.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor and coach software engineers within the charging and billing domain, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect focusing on charging and billing systems.
Strong background in software engineering and architecture, especially within financial systems.
Deep understanding of charging and billing processes, including real-time processing and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 10+ years managing software development projects.
At least 5 years of hands-on leadership in complex software delivery initiatives using industry-standard tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer requirements with product release schedules.
