To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Human Resources, preferably with experience in recruitment, training and development. You should also be proficient in IT systems, including MS Office, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have a proactive approach to work and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support across all key areas of the HR function.
* Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process.
* Support the on-boarding process.
* Coordinate probationary review meetings.
* Maintain accurate filing systems for all HR documentation.
