Join our team as a Medical Warehouse Operative, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of medical kits and devices. ?? What You'll Do Process orders using ERP systems and manage incoming deliveries. Pick, assemble, pack, and dispatch medical kits to hospitals with accurate documentation. Handle loan kit requests and inspect incoming kits for quality and compliance. Maintain documentation through scanning, filing, and digital attachments. Support quality assurance by inspecting devices against ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards. Record non-conformances and assist with investigations and CAPA processes. Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP. Assist with equipment calibration and maintenance. Collaborate with sales reps and customer service teams on surgery case usage. Support new system rollouts and cross-train across departments (Customer Service, QARA, Sales, Finance). ? What You'll Bring Experience in the medical device industry. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. IT proficiency and administrative efficiency. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads. Commitment to continuous improvement and customer engagement. ?? Nice to Have Experience in a professional office environment.
