AI Data Coordinator Role
This position involves coordinating AI projects and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires gathering and documenting business requirements, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the team to prioritize features and establish a product backlog, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
- Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project delivery, including facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered data and analytics solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Two years experience as analyst or project coordinator, with a focus on AI projects and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies, and using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
