Content UX Designer - Digital Print Petmania are seeking an experienced Content and UX Designer to join their marketing team.
Ready to hit the ground running, in this diverse role you will be you will be responsible for generation of strong content for Petmania's digital and print platforms, to meet the requirements of the different phases of the customer journey both in-store and online.
Reporting to the Sales Marketing Manager, and alongside the marketing and wider Petmania team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Generating optimized platform-specific content to support marketing strategies eg: o Filming, editing and publishing video content for in-store and online channels o Creating web banners and graphics for o Adapting print content to suit a digital platform and visa versa Developing and managing a monthly content programme for both physical and online stores, in line with promotional and category management requirements, to include maintenance of signage/banner planograms for store level execution Managing in-store digital media players, content and scheduling (Audio Visual) to maximise customer engagement Front-end design for web pages, forms, pop-ups and other integrated media / platforms for as required to maximise click-through and conversion rates Design and development of email templates and automations to maximise open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates Identify and implement best-practice design principles to support positive UX, Accessibility, Usability and Engagement rates across digital platforms Participate in the development of new digital initiatives to support customer engagement and sales development opportunities You will also will also: Carry out product photography and image editing as required for print and digital media Sourcing stock footage, images and audio as required Copy-write, script and storyboard content Adhere to Petmania brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand presentation on all channels Collaborate with and support other marketing team members to ensure consistency across activities Support the wider marketing team in the execution of activities to include, but not exclusively - events, point of sale, and traditional media and other marketing activities as required.
Skills required: Video production, to include pre and post-production Strong Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) HTML, Java Script, CSS Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce and Klaviyo are desirable PC Literate and comfortable with Adobe Suite on PC Good eye for design for print and digital media Copy writing and scripting Strong attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Excellent time management and project planning skills Capable of working on your own initiative and taking ownership of projects Excellent written and spoken English is essential This is a full time, permanent role based in Kilkenny City.
Hybrid working possible, after successful completion of probation but candidate will be expected to be available to attend the office minimum of 3 days per week.
Successful candidate must have the appropriate visas to work in Ireland.
Occasional travel will be required.
