Job descriptionRole DescriptionThis role is for a Research Assistant who provides comprehensive support to research projects through structured data collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination activities. In this position, you will work closely with researchers, analysts, or project leaders to ensure that research objectives are met with accuracy, consistency, and methodological rigor.Key responsibilities include collecting information from a wide range of primary and secondary sources such as academic journals, industry publications, databases, surveys, interviews, and publicly available datasets. You will assist in reviewing literature, extracting relevant data and insights, and organizing research materials in a clear and systematic manner.You will support both qualitative and quantitative research processes, including preparing datasets, coding or categorizing information, summarizing findings, and assisting with analytical tasks under guidance. Maintaining detailed and well-organized research records, including sources, assumptions, methodologies, and data inputs, is a critical part of the role to ensure transparency and research integrity.You may also contribute to drafting research reports, briefing documents, presentations, and summaries that communicate findings clearly and professionally.
