A globally recognised pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to deliver a large-scale ERP transformation to modernise its core business systems and support continued international growth.
With the project already underway and backed by significant investment, you will be joining a high-performing, collaborative delivery team in a well-structured environment, where strong governance and execution are key to success.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of ERP project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained
Provide strong governance and implement effective project frameworks
Manage and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
Oversee the ongoing implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Support and guide a high-performing, collaborative project team
Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager on large-scale implementations
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central
Project management experience of 7+ years
Solid background in project governance and delivery frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in complex, enterprise, or regulated environments (pharma preferred)
