Your Key Responsibilities
* Assume responsibility for your area and be accountable for all aspects of the team's performance.
* Act as the first point of contact for issues and seek resolution by utilizing the skills and resources of the team, minimizing the need for further escalation.
* Work with support functions to ensure customer needs are met, with an emphasis on delighting the customer.
* Implement schedules, methods, and processes, allocate manpower and resources, identify problems, and provide solutions and improvements in your respective process.
Your Qualifications and Experience
* You will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
* You will be self-motivated and capable of motivating your team members to meet the team and plant objectives.
* A Leaving Cert or equivalent is required, and a third-level qualification is an advantage.
* Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, planning, analytical/problem-solving skills are required.
* Knowledge and experience of our Materials/Inventory planning systems are essential.
* SAP experience is required, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
