Redwood Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Fund Admin as they look to hire a new Head of Compliance in their Dublin office.
The role is a PCF12 Head of Compliance and PCF52 Head of Compliance with responsibility for AML/CFT.

Responsibilities
Support the business on all compliance matters, including developing and implementing compliance plans and delivering staff training.
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the entities’ activities.
Advise and support staff on AML/KYC, data protection, confidentiality, outsourcing, and corporate governance.
Review and analyze suspicious transaction/activity reports and escalate as required.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Irish financial services regulations, Central Bank of Ireland requirements, and relevant EU directives.
Strong expertise in alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds.
Proven experience implementing regulatory changes and managing end-to-end compliance programs.
