Culinary Operations Director Job
We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Director to oversee the strategic direction of our kitchen and service operations in Ireland.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen and counter operations and delivering exceptional food experiences.
* Prepare high-quality dishes that meet our standards
* Lead and manage culinary teams
* Implement inventory management and control procedures
* Communicate with senior managers and maintain brand consistency
* Facilitate collaboration between customers and culinary staff
* Support team training and implement Health & Safety protocols
Our ideal candidate has:
* At least two years of similar experience
* Proven leadership skills in managing teams
* A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* An ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to develop their skills
