Duties and Responsibilities
Below duties & responsibilities will need to be closely aligned with internal DDM/Sales teams – including bringing full support to DDM/Sales teams need to support Partners, while fully leveraging initiatives already in place.
Market understanding
* Build an in-depth understanding of the Protection / Assistance markets across all countries in which CACI operates (currently France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany) and potentially other EEA markets.
* Analyse and understand market trends, value propositions currently in place (products, pricing, customer journeys) and keep abreast of any changing trends. Create a reporting on market trends.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding and mapping of Partners and end-customers’ expectations and competitors’ reviews. This includes:
o Facilitate and run workshops with Partners to fully understand and proactively anticipate their needs.
o Conduct benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups. Create market analysis reports.
o Collaborate with European / local market research agencies and purchase research studies on specific topics related to the company's business.
Product innovation
* Design CACI’s mid-term overarching product innovation roadmap in close collaboration with internal DDM/Sales Teams and Partners. This includes:
o Distinguishing between core offer – CPI / Lifestyle / GAP, new eligible products (e.g., mobility and smart products), and assistance add-ons in full compliance with underwriting policy.
o On a Partner-by-Partner basis, propose offer enrichment on standard and new innovative products based on market understanding, including end-to-end product design in collaboration with actuarial teams.
o Lead project management on feasibility studies of proposed new products across functions, including legal, risk, compliance, actuarial, underwriting operations.
o Lead project management on product documentation and marketing pitches, in collaboration with compliance teams.
Support to Distribution
In close collaboration with internal DDM/Sales teams and Partners:
* Assess needs for sales engagement, training, and marketing support.
* Design, propose, and implement material and programs to promote existing and new products, including training kits, webinars, POS material, storytelling pitches, and sales pitches.
* Measure impact of campaigns through KPIs.
CACI Commercial / Communication material
* Build CACI corporate presentation templates and tender pitches.
