Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting members' enquiries and evaluating situations to respond appropriately.
* Recording and responding to all complaints in a timely manner.
* Ensuring computer records reflect up-to-date communications with the member.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
* A third-level qualification is also desirable but not essential.
* Experience involving client contact or customer service in the insurance industry is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
