IN A NUTSHELL

If so, you might be the perfect fit for the Sales Executive position with MD7 - or, as we call them,
Lease Consultant

The Lease Consultant (LC) is responsible for driving the sales process with leads obtained from various mobile carriers and other sources.
The LC negotiates terms of mobile cell site leases and then submits these lease terms to our Lease Processors for document preparation.
After reviewing these documents for accuracy, the LC is responsible for the timely return of lease documents by landlords to MD7.

DAY TO DAY
Communicating with landlords:
negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
Preparing for calls with landlords:
includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources.
Entering Data:
entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Preparing Proposals:
creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
Basic spoken and written English language skills.
1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based selling environment.
Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to act.
Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word are required.
The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone with literacy equivalent to a junior college degree or higher.
The ability to be self-motivated with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision.
Effective time management skills.
Must be comfortable placing outbound calls.
Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is helpful.
