We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Associate to provide both clinical and administrative support within a healthcare setting.
This role combines medical assisting duties with front desk responsibilities, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform medical assisting tasks in compliance with clinical standards and patient care protocols.
Support administrative functions including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk operations.
Utilize EPIC or other electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information and documentation.
Assist healthcare teams with coordination of patient services and workflow management.
Provide support to physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
Experience performing both clinical and administrative/front desk duties.
Proficiency with EPIC or similar EHR systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Prior experience in coordinator or supervisor roles within healthcare teams.
Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems and patient flow management.
Experience in outpatient or multi-specialty clinic setting.
Certifications (if any)
Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification required.
Additional healthcare or administrative certifications are a plus.
