Sales Development
* Grow profitable business with existing customers by identifying new opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies.
Account Management:
* Administer and manage customer orders, including coordinating artwork changes, approvals, and costings.
Commercial Management:
* Handle quotation requests for repeat and new business, obtaining production costs and setting margins to convert quotes into orders.
Customer Communication:
* Maintain accurate data entry and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service and responsiveness.
Qualifications
* Education: A minimum of a High School/Secondary education is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience:
* A proven track record in a similar role is ideal, with previous experience in a production-based business being an advantage.
* Additional Training or Certifications:
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial, with knowledge of Sage or similar systems also advantageous.
