Job Title: Property Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) - Dublin
Description: We are hiring for our client, a well-regarded national commercial law firm with a growing property practice in Dublin, who are seeking a Property Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE).
The role involves a healthy mix of commercial and residential property work, advising a strong client base including developers, investors, private clients, and corporate occupiers.
This is an ideal position for a solicitor seeking high-quality work in a collaborative, down-to-earth team with a genuine focus on work-life balance.
The Role
Manage sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial property
Advise on residential transactions including new builds and investment purchases
Assist developers on site acquisitions and disposals
Support corporate clients on property elements of wider transactions
Liaise with clients, agents, and counsel throughout the deal lifecycle
The Person
Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) with experience in property law (residential and/or commercial)
Strong technical and organisational skills
Ability to manage client relationships independently
Approachable, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a positive working culture
Previous experience in a commercial law firm or busy property practice
