About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Service Delivery Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to resolve installation and product issues, prioritizing and coordinating the scheduling of aftersales service visits, and managing relationships with both in-house and external technical service agents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate incoming technical support requests and collect relevant information to facilitate swift resolution.
* Provide expert technical support to resolve installation and product issues.
* Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of aftersales service visits.
* Manage relationships and service schedules with both in-house and external technical service agents.
* Collaborate with stock control to ensure the availability of spare parts and components.
* Oversee service jobs to ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain and update product specifications across relevant platforms.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or aftersales role.
2. Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom product ranges.
3. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Professional telephone manner and confident client-facing abilities.
6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in prioritizing workload.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
