Job description Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator?
Our client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment.
This is an initial 6-month contract based in Roscommon.

About the Role As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing delivery documentation to support billing and operational accuracy.
Working within a fast-paced logistics environment, you will ensure that all dockets are correctly uploaded, organised, and recorded, contributing to the smooth running of a high-volume delivery project.
Key Responsibilities * Upload, review, and organise delivery dockets to ensure accurate billing; * Process paper-based dockets received from delivery points, including signed documentation from clients; * Maintain accurate records of deliveries and associated paperwork; * Support general administrative tasks within the logistics function; * Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information; * Ensure all documentation is processed in a timely and efficient manner; * Assist in maintaining organised filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics or transport; * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems; * Ability to work Monday to Saturday as required.
