As a Retail Operations Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail business. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a department and acting as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be able to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, you should be target-driven and customer-service-orientated, with a strong motivation and ambition to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be highly motivated, and be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
