ResponsibilitiesBe aware of and prepared for the business in house every day Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared and presentated to agreed standards. Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service. Follow and adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.
