Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and exhibit strong communication skills. Responsibilities include field assessments, technical presentations, and collaboration with government agencies.The role requires a detail-oriented approach, customer focus, and knowledge of pavement design. Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio is also required.
