Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for students.
Your main duties will include:
1. Covering front-of-house duties and general administration
2. Welcoming and briefing student groups on arrival
3. Communicating academy rules, timetables, and key information to groups
4. Assisting students and group leaders with daily queries or issues
5. Guiding groups to their daily activities and excursions
6. Maintaining attendance records and reporting absences or disciplinary issues
7. Responding to teacher absences and supporting lesson continuity
8. Ensuring the academy is kept in a presentable and welcoming condition
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluent English (Spanish desirable but not essential)
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Quick-thinking, creative, and proactive problem solver
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full clean driving license (Desirable but not essential)
