Sales and Business Development Specialist
We are working with a leading service provider to the construction, hospitality, and manufacturing industries, headquartered in Cavan. This role focuses on winning new business, expanding their client base, and driving revenue growth in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients in key sectors such as Hospitality, Construction, Facility Management, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
* Develop meaningful connections with businesses to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Confidently approach potential clients to introduce our services and generate new sales opportunities.
* Convert leads into contracts, contribute to business expansion, and hit sales targets.
* Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
* You have an ambitious attitude and a hunger to close deals.
* Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and pitching to decision-makers.
* Able to build rapport easily and establish strong, lasting relationships with clients.
* Thrive in a sales-focused environment where hitting targets and exceeding expectations is the norm.
* Willing to travel within Dublin and surrounding counties to meet clients and grow the business.
* Ideal experience in B2B sales, particularly in service-based industries.
