Service Booking Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Booking Administrator to join our team. This is a non-customer-facing role, ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Create service bookings from phone and email enquiries
* Manage and respond to daily service email follow-ups
* Conduct follow-up Voice of the Customer satisfaction calls
* Print and prepare daily job cards for the service team
* Rebook appointments when parts arrive into stock
* Maintain and follow up on the Work In Progress (WIP) list
* Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as required
Key Skills & Attributes
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident in handling phone-based tasks (outbound follow-up calls)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with internal systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
