OverviewRole: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)Location: DublinReports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Salary: €125,000 + (plus standard benefits, no bonus or equity)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout FoodhubFoodhub is a global technology platform serving the hospitality sector, providing ordering, EPOS, and digital solutions that help restaurants grow and operate more efficiently.With a strong international footprint and a proven business model, Foodhub is focused on driving sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets and channels.As the business enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to own and execute our global revenue strategy.About the RoleThe Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will have full ownership of Foodhub's global revenue performance, bringing together sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth strategy under a single, accountable leader.This is a senior, hands-on executive role responsible for driving organic growth, improving profitability, and scaling revenue across multiple routes to market.The CRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board to shape Foodhub's long-term commercial strategy and support strategic acquisitions.You will be expected to balance ambitious growth targets with disciplined execution, strong unit economics, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and EPOS landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth Leadership: Own and drive global revenue strategy, delivering sustainable organic growth while maintaining profitabilityBalance volume growth with margin, lifetime value, and long-term value creationEstablish clear revenue targets, forecasting, and performance reporting across all marketsSales & Route-to-Market Execution: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organisation across all channels (direct, partner, reseller)Develop and optimise multi-route-to-market strategies, ensuring effective coverage and scalable growthExpand and strengthen the reseller and partner ecosystem globallyMarketing & Demand Generation: Lead the B2B marketing function, owning demand generation, acquisition strategy, and CPA performanceAlign marketing closely with sales to drive pipeline quality, conversion, and ROIEnsure data-driven decision-making across acquisition, funnel performance, and customer growthStrategic Growth & M&A: Identify, evaluate, and support acquisition opportunities that align with Foodhub's growth strategySupport post-acquisition integration from a commercial and revenue perspectivePartner with Product and Engineering to ensure commercial insights inform product roadmap and innovationExecutive Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategyCollaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders to align revenue initiatives with operational and client goalsBuild a strong performance culture with clear accountability and outcomesExperience & Skills RequiredProven senior leadership experience in revenue-focused roles (CRO, CCO, VP Revenue, VP Commercial, or equivalent)Extensive experience in EPOS, hospitality technology, SaaS, or payments (essential)Strong track record of international sales leadership and growth across multiple marketsDemonstrated experience leading sales and marketing as a unified revenue functionDeep understanding of multiple routes to market, including direct sales, partners, and resellersHighly commercial, analytical, and data-driven, with strong financial acumenComfortable operating at board and executive level, influencing strategy and decision-makingBenefits33 days annual leave per year (including public holidays)Option to purchase up to 5 additional annual leave days per yearRemote-hybrid role, based in Dublin, IrelandPrivate medical insurancePrivate dental insurancePension schemeDeath in service cover (4x annual salary life assurance)Dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions make a tangible impactChance to work on exciting projects that will challenge and expand your technical abilities€35 monthly gum contributionGuaranteed day off on your birthday (when requested)
