Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Consultant to join our growing team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product expertise, and customer engagement.
You will partner closely with the sales team and directly with prospective customers to understand their needs, translate challenges into solutions, and demonstrate the tangible value Enterpryze can deliver.
As a trusted advisor and product expert, you will help accelerate sales cycles, strengthen customer confidence, and play a vital role in winning new business.

Role type and Job Location: It's a 5 days onsite role at our Sandyford office, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team during the sales cycle to uncover customer requirements through discovery calls and meetings.
Act as a trusted product expert, providing guidance and tailored recommendations that align Enterpryze solutions to customer pain points.
Design and deliver impactful, customer-centric product demonstrations and presentations that clearly show value and business outcomes.
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, positioning Enterpryze as a strategic partner.
Train and enable the internal sales team on new product releases, features, and the product roadmap, ensuring consistent value-based product training.
Represent Enterpryze at industry events and conferences, showcasing thought leadership and engaging directly with potential customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong background in business management solutions for SMEs or similar cloud-based ERPs.
Proven ability to engage with customers, uncover needs, and design solutions that drive value.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to simplify complex solutions for different audiences.
Demonstrated success in customer-facing presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering roles.
Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to influence and accelerate deals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and practically.
