We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our financial advisory team. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the presale process, enhancing client experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
 * Supporting the advisory team in ensuring the presale process is consistently followed
 * Liaising with clients throughout the process, assisting with the collection and preparation of required documentation (e.g. Statements of Suitability, compliance documents)
 * Partnering with Financial Advisors to plan lead generation and actively reviewing clients
 * Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience using CRM and IT tools
 * Liaising with life companies and the sales team to keep advisors up to date on market and product changes
 * Supporting management in providing product and fund performance information to the team
 * Maintaining accurate CRM sales pipeline data and assisting in reporting
 * Ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures
 * Assisting with cashflow modelling (Voyant) and client meeting preparation where required
 * Identifying cross-referral opportunities for clients to other business areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
 * Demonstrable experience in the Life & Pensions broker industry
 * Previous experience in a Paraplanner or Sales Support role
 * QFA qualified (or exams completed)
 * Knowledge of financial products, markets, and compliance practices
 * Experience with Voyant or similar cashflow modelling software
 * Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and CRM systems
 * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
 * Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
