Job Title: Polish Speaking Insurance Customer Liaison Specialist
Sales Responsibilities:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential clients and convert leads into policies. Assess client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products, presenting quotes clearly and accurately while ensuring a positive experience.
Account Management:
Proactively contact existing clients to discuss policy renewals, maintaining continued coverage and customer satisfaction. Manage lapsed or at-risk policies, working to re-engage clients and recover lost business by understanding their needs and providing professional support.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales using a CRM system. Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance products, pricing, and compliance requirements. Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared targets by following regulatory guidelines and company policies.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position within a global insurance brokerage. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You should have fluency in spoken and written Polish. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. You must have proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Persuasive and confident sales abilities, completion of CPD requirements, and proficiency with CRM systems are also necessary.
