Overall Job Purpose The Project Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to project and PMO teams. The role ensures effective tracking, reporting, and documentation across key project deliverables, and plays an integral role in maintaining governance and process discipline within the team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers and PMO Leads. Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes. Assist in maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and documentation libraries. Update status reports, action logs, and other control documentation. Support onboarding activities for new team members. Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards. Assist with the collation and formatting of reports and presentations. Support tracking of key milestones and deliverables. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years experience in an administrative or project coordination role. Familiarity with project lifecycle and project delivery terminology. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and organizational skills. PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent (desirable but not essential). Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities. Behavioural Attributes Highly organized with attention to detail. Team player with a proactive mindset.
