About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries, reviewing upcoming policy renewals and contacting customers to discuss renewal terms, premiums and any changes in coverage. They will also prepare and issue renewal documentation in line with regulatory standards, cross sell additional products and update customer records.
