As Brand Manager, you will lead innovative marketing campaigns, foster retailer engagement, and collaborate with a dynamic network of partners. Your work will directly impact our brand's growth, customer loyalty, and market presence, offering you the opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital LeadershipLead digital and social marketing activity for SPAR, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across online and in-store platforms.Manage external agencies to coordinate and deliver social media objectives, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Retailer EngagementDevelop and implement local marketing activity programs for SPAR retailers, including store events and management and updating of the Local Marketing Toolkit (an online marketing facility for retailers).Build and maintain professional relationships with a nationwide network of 400 SPAR retailers.Brand InitiativesHelp develop brand-related initiatives, including strategic projects, sponsorships, cause-related marketing, and promotional events.Manage relationships with external partners to drive brand-related activity.Rewards & LoyaltySupport the growth and development of My SPAR Rewards Club, working closely with the Shopper Rewards Programme Manager, with a focus on mobile app recruitment and shopper engagement.Performance & ReportingMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs on a monthly basis or as required by the Marketing ManagerBudget ManagementManage relevant marketing budgets, focusing on cost efficiency and ensuring reconciliation of budgets against plans and expenditure.Digital PresenceResponsibility for updating and maintenance of the SPAR website and digital assets.Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, ideally within retail or FMCG.Excellent attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.Experience managing budgets and external agencies.Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., social media management tools, analytics software).Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Full clean driving licence
