Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Upkeep, maintenance and litter control of the complex daily
* Prepare rubbish bins for collection
* Washing of floors of communal areas indoors
* Upkeep and cleaning of any equipment
* Power washing all outdoor areas, regularly throughout the year
* Clean external including grounds, roads and pathways
* General upkeep of all green areas and flower beds including grass cutting, planting and pruning
* Undertake small general duties/ maintenance in the childcare facility and entire building
* Deal with small maintenance issues e.g. carpentry – fix a chair
* Work as part of the team
* Brush and mop floors daily, complete buffering of floors weekly
* General indoor cleaning or windows, sills, glass viewing panels, dusting
* Communicate effectively with team members and management
* Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
* Sector: administrative and support service activities
