This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and thrives on supporting both people and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.Liaise with candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation (references, Garda vetting, training certificates, etc.) is complete and compliant.Maintain accurate HR and compliance records, ensuring all staff files are up to date and audit-ready at all times.Track mandatory training and certification renewals, following up with staff where required.Assist with new carer inductions and help coordinate training sessions.Support the Recruitment and Compliance team with reporting, record updates, and general administrative duties.Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.About YouPrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance administration (homecare or healthcare experience an advantage).Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.Confident using MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.Friendly, professional communication style with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.A proactive attitude, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.What We OfferA supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for career growth within a respected homecare provider.Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.Hybrid working options after the training period.Competitive salary Interested?Apply today and be part of a team that values care, professionalism, and community.To apply, submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
