Role: The successful GradRecruitment Consultantwill manage the full 360 recruitment process. Business development with new and existing clients Manage your own client database Source and interview candidates Creating job specifications for clients roles. Receive full training and mentoring from senior consultants & the MD Requirements: Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 years experience in an office or recruitment environment Background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education highly desirable.
