About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Microbiologist to join our team at the UCD School of Veterinary Medicine. As a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Veterinary Microbiology, you will play a vital role in teaching and researching within our school.
Responsibilities:
* Taught undergraduate and graduate students in veterinary microbiology, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter
* Conducted research in veterinary microbiology, publishing papers in reputable journals and presenting at conferences
* Collaborated with colleagues from other departments to develop innovative teaching methods and materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* A doctoral degree in veterinary microbiology or a related field
* Postdoctoral experience in academic research and teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students
